In order to address new issues facing production safety in housing and municipal engineering, strengthen the operability and practicality of the criteria for identifying major accident hazards, accurately identify and promptly eliminate major accident hazards in production safety in housing and municipal engineering, effectively improve the quality of hazard investigation and rectification, and effectively prevent and contain the occurrence of mass casualty accidents, our Ministry has organized the compilation of the "Criteria for Identifying Major Accident Hazards in Production Safety in Housing and Municipal Engineering (2024 Edition) (Draft for Comments)" (see attachment), and is now soliciting public comments. Relevant units or individuals may submit feedback through the following channels and methods before August 10, 2024:
