First, apply "green" to new projects. Vigorously promote green buildings and fully implement green standards. This year, the construction area of green buildings commenced and completed reached 279,200 square meters. The County No. 2 High School project and the Party School of the County Party Committee educational level improvement project were strictly built according to the one-star green building standard, achieving a breakthrough from zero in star-rated green buildings.

Second, transform existing buildings to "green." Optimize the energy consumption structure of urban construction. In conjunction with urban renewal and the renovation of old residential communities, implement energy-saving and low-carbon renovation projects for municipal infrastructure and roofs in urban villages and old residential communities. A total of more than 5 million yuan has been invested, completing the renovation of 56 old residential communities and benefiting more than 10,000 households.

Third, integrate "green" with new technologies and new methods. Utilize new approaches, new technologies, and new materials to accelerate the promotion of integrated applications of new technologies such as green construction and renewable energy with green buildings. Since the beginning of this year, the county has added 95,900 square meters of prefabricated buildings, and industrial plants have added 7,630 kilowatts of solar photovoltaic installed capacity.
