On July 31, the right line of the section from Shilaoren Bathing Beach Station to Yunling Road Station on Qingdao Metro Line 5, constructed by the Urban Construction Branch of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group, was successfully launched.

The right line of the Shiyun section launched this time has a total length of 1,360.211 meters. The section runs close to the coastline of Shilaoren Bathing Beach, and the hydrogeological conditions and surrounding environment are complex. Affected by the under-construction Line 15, the launch shaft features a special-shaped end launch, making construction highly difficult. To achieve the milestone of shield launching on the right line, the project department conducted detailed surveys and analysis in advance and effectively implemented risk prevention and control measures. At the same time, internal and external experts were invited multiple times to review and validate plans such as shield launching and construction organization design, providing strong support for the shield launch. In addition, the project department strictly followed the "five fixed" principle of fixed plans, fixed executors, fixed funds, fixed time, and fixed supervisors to coordinate on-site processes, implemented systems including daily on-site coordination meetings, leadership duty shifts, and full coverage of safety technical briefings, and advanced on-site construction in an orderly manner.
