Recently, with the breakthrough of the final ring, the "Jingcheng No. 9" shield machine precisely hit the center of the circle and successfully passed through the portal to enter the receiving base, marking the successful breakthrough of the right line of the section from Waiyuan Fuzhong Station to Xifengdao Station of the Tianjin Metro Line 7 Project Bid 11 undertaken by China Construction Fourth Engineering Division, and representing major progress in the project construction.

The right line that broke through this time has a total length of 1,071.709 meters, with a total of 754 rings advanced by the shield machine. The "Jingcheng No. 9" shield machine overcame numerous difficulties in its "journey" through the dark tunnel and finally completed the breakthrough.

During the advancement of "Jingcheng No. 9", it was necessary to continuously pass beneath 5 railway lines and 7 tracks, involving the high-speed railway elevated section, conventional railway elevated section, conventional railway subgrade section, and station yard turnout area. This is the railway-related project with the most complex crossing environment and the greatest construction difficulty within the jurisdiction of the China Railway Beijing Group.
