9月29日，随着最后一灌混凝土浇注完成，中铁•西安中心项目圆满完成了基础及正负零下主体工程施工任务。据工程监理方介绍，项目不仅以西北超高层建筑的最快进度完成了基础工程正负零的交付，更以足以构筑百米高楼的建筑板材打造了64深的坚实地基，截止目前，项目已完成高标号混凝土浇筑2.8万立方，采用模板6.7万㎡、钢筋3600余吨，工程的整体质量堪称西北第一。
