Construction at Haijian Garden site continues past 10 PM

　　Recently, multiple Haikou citizens reported to Nanhai Net that a construction site located diagonally opposite the West Bus Station on Haixiu West Road in Haikou City frequently operates until 11 PM, and two large lights at the site are kept on all night, severely affecting nearby residents' normal rest. On the evening of October 9, Nanhai Net reporters visited the site and found that construction was still ongoing after 10 PM. Xiuying Urban Management said, "One by one, you're not the only complaint."

　　Haikou citizen Mr. Lin introduced that he lives diagonally opposite the West Bus Station in Haikou City, where there is a construction site, separated by just a wall. This site has started construction after 8 PM multiple times, with excavators digging and trucks entering and exiting producing "buzzing" noise, continuing until after 11 PM. "This site starts construction and goes until after 11 PM, and two large lights at the site are kept on all night, making the home as bright as day, making it impossible to sleep," said another nearby resident, Mr. Fu.

　　After 9 PM on October 9, Nanhai Net reporters visited the site and learned that the project is named Haijian Garden, and the construction unit is Hainan Provincial Construction Engineering Corporation. At that time, two excavators were digging, and several large trucks were continuously entering and exiting to transport muck, emitting a "buzzing" noise. Two extremely bright large lights were installed on the east and west sides of the site, illuminating the surrounding buildings brightly. The reporter did not find any responsible person at the site.

　　At around 22:00, the reporter, as an ordinary citizen, reported the site's suspected nighttime construction and all-night bright lights disturbing residents to Xiuying Urban Management. A man who answered the phone said that they now knew and would report to the leadership. But half an hour passed, and the reporter did not see any urban management law enforcement personnel arrive, so they reported to Xiuying Urban Management again.

　　The man answering the phone said, "They have many things to do, they'll go after finishing. I've already reported."

　　The reporter asked how Xiuying Urban Management handles similar situations. The man said, "This matter is handled by them, I'm just answering the phone, I don't know. There are many construction sites, you're not the only complaint, they have to be handled one by one." He also said he had reported to the duty leader and could urge again.

　　However, as of around 22:50, the reporter still did not see Xiuying Urban Management law enforcement personnel arrive. The site continued construction until 23:00, but the two large lights were still on.
