In 2023, with the help of relevant departments in the suburbs, after feasibility research, an idle factory building in the Jiangbei Industrial Park was adopted as the company's new site. After reaching a cooperation intention, the suburbs, on the one hand, optimized government service processes and quickly completed approval procedures, and on the other hand, coordinated with the park to renovate and repair the courtyard and factory buildings, and cooperated with the enterprise in the adaptive installation of upgraded equipment. In just six months, the project completed construction, relocation, and smooth commissioning.
　　After the enterprise happily moved to the new site, its main business developed from mainly supporting OEM production in the past to currently fully building its own brand of whole-house customization and the production, sales, and after-sales of wooden furniture. Its products sell well in more than 10 provinces and cities, and the estimated annual output value can reach 20 million yuan.
