Firmly establishing the concept of "projects as the priority," accelerating the pace of engineering construction — according to the Provincial Hydropower Group under Hainan Holdings, the group has closely adhered to time nodes, vigorously pursued the implementation of work, and accelerated the construction of multiple key water conservancy projects, achieving the "double over half" goal.
　　The Qiongxibei Water Supply Project, as one of the 150 major water conservancy projects in the national "14th Five-Year Plan," aims to resolve the shortage of urban, rural, and irrigation water in the Danzhou and Baisha areas. As of now, the project has completed 57.74% of its annual investment task, achieving "double over half" ahead of schedule. During construction, the project construction management department optimized the construction plan, implemented dynamic scheduling, and rapidly responded to on-site needs, ensuring the smooth progress of the project. Currently, the full breakthrough of the Changling Tunnel in the project's construction section has entered the sprint stage.
　　To ensure the timely completion of the 2024 construction goals, the Maiwan Water Conservancy Hub Project has carried out multiple technological innovations to guarantee dam engineering quality. These include the application of interlayer neat cement grout technology to ensure perfect bonding between concrete layers; precise adjustment of concrete mix proportions to ensure rolling compaction density; and innovative application of BIM intelligent construction technology to intelligently monitor the entire construction process, including concrete mixing, rolling, and cooling water flow, ensuring excellence in every process.
　　As of now, the project has completed 50.9% of its annual investment target, successfully achieving "double over half." It is reported that this project, as one of the 172 major water conservancy projects designated by the State Council, is an irreplaceable controlling water source project for ensuring water supply and ecological water security for Haikou, Chengmai, Ding'an, Tunchang, and Lingao in the lower reaches of the Nandu River.
　　The Nandu River Water System Corridor Ecological Protection and Restoration Project has completed the demolition of the Tongxing Hydropower Station and the Yangjiang First-Level Hydropower Station, with the demolition rate of the Yangjiang Second-Level Hydropower Station reaching 98%, and is striving to sprint toward the "double over half" target. In response to the annual investment and construction goals, the project has rationally allocated manpower and materials, worked to break through bottlenecks, and improved efficiency; strengthened supply chain management to ensure timely arrival of materials; attached great importance to engineering quality and safety management, strengthened on-site supervision to ensure construction quality meets standards, and comprehensively fortified the safety production defense line.
　　In addition, ongoing projects such as the Hainan Province Niululing Irrigation District Project and the Hainan Province 2023 Dilapidated Reservoir and Sluice Gate Reinforcement Project are also closely adhering to schedule progress and making every effort to advance engineering construction.
