In the 2024 confidential public welfare promotional video creative copy and confidential public welfare promotional poster collection and selection activity jointly organized by the Office of the Central Secrecy Commission of the Communist Party of China and the National Administration of State Secrets Protection recently, the work "You and I Are Both Guardians of Secrets" submitted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development ranked ** and won the first prize. It was used for the 2024 "April 15" National Security Education Day confidentiality-themed publicity activity and promoted nationwide.

The work was guided by the General Office of the Ministry and designed by Gao Jingyi, an art editor of the China Construction News. It was published as a full-page public service advertisement on page 12 of the People's Daily on April 16. Recently, the Department of Personnel of the Ministry issued a special document to commend it. The work closely focuses on "publicizing and implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets," and uses a "central composition with surrounding enhancement" layout technique, placing the newly revised Law on Guarding State Secrets at the center of the image, surrounded by an abstract heart-shaped ribbon, symbolizing that "abiding by the law" is the foundation and bottom line of "patriotism," and calling on the whole society to jointly safeguard the security of state secrets. In the image, the vivid red heart-shaped design gives a strong visual impact, implying that confidentiality learning should be deeply rooted in people's hearts and that confidentiality work requires care and dedication.

It is reported that after the work was released on the official website of the National Administration of State Secrets Protection and related media, it received widespread attention from all sectors of society. Everyone expressed that they should thoroughly implement the Law on Guarding State Secrets, internalize the awareness of the rule of law in confidentiality and externalize it in action, and jointly provide a strong confidentiality security guarantee for advancing Chinese-style modernization.
