要保证煤气化及净化装置酸性气体脱除单元桩基图按时完成，面临诸多困难。框架多、设备多、塔器高，都是立在眼前的“大山”。
现阶段，宁波工程公司承担了中天合创鄂尔多斯（600295）煤炭深加工示范项目煤气化装置、净化装置、甲醇合成装置、空分装置的EPC总承包工作，以及净水厂的详细设计等工作。
据测算，在该公司承建的项目中，今年冰封前要完成桩基施工桩基数量多达11000余根，煤气化及净化装置第一个节点的顺利完成，是中天合创项目“桩基施工年”完成的“第一棒”，也为整个项目开了个好头。
