Since the beginning of the year, the preparatory office of the Huangling Mining 2×1000MW power generation project has focused on accelerating power industry projects and upgrading management. Centering on the construction goals and tasks, it has planned ahead and coordinated the overall layout, formulated task lists, defined timetables, and solidified responsibility lists, vigorously grasped project progress, scientifically organized scheduling, and pushed forward power generation with full firepower.project construction。

As an important component of the main powerhouse foundation construction, the main powerhouse pile foundation project is a key link in the power plant construction process. Facing the impact of heavy snow, construction personnel actively overcame various difficulties and implemented a "three-shift" work system. The construction site did not stop work for 24 hours, and multiple measures were taken to accelerate construction progress, going all out to ensure that the main powerhouse pile foundation is completed on schedule.

"By establishing a leadership team responsibility mechanism and a responsibility-driven mechanism, we keep a close eye on time nodes, carry out operations with wall charts, reverse the construction schedule, and ensure the month through the week, the quarter through the month, the year through the quarter, and progress through planning, advancing project construction with high quality and efficiency," said He Xiaotao, director of the project preparatory office.

Construction does not stop, and safety is not relaxed. The preparatory office firmly establishes the idea of "ensuring safety and promoting construction," runs the "three unchanged and three strengthened" throughout the entire safety production process, optimizes and improves the safety management system, strictly implements the cadre walking management system, and carries out on-site inspections and special supervision on a regular basis. Management personnel take the lead in going deep into the site to eliminate safety hazards and ensure that safety supervision has no blind spots and achieves full coverage.

It is understood that the Phase II 2×1000MW unit expansion project of the Shaanxi Coal Huangling Diantou Power Plant is a key construction project for accelerating the construction of national supporting power sources, safeguarding Shaanxi's growing electricity demand, and promoting Yan'an's industrial transformation. It is also an important support for Huangling Mining to expand and strengthen its power industry. The project adopts high-efficiency ultra-supercritical units and features green environmental protection, ultra-clean emissions, energy conservation, and high efficiency. After completion, it will generate 11 billion kWh of electricity annually, with an annual output value of up to 4 billion yuan. It is of great significance for strengthening Huangling's circular economy industrial chain, leveraging the coal-power agglomeration effect, and further promoting the high-quality economic and social development of the Yan'an revolutionary old area.
