Recently, Dadukou District held the centralized commencement of first-quarter projects of 2024 and the launch ceremony of the Wuyi Mutual-Aid Area urban village renovation project. At the event, Dadukou District centrally commenced 60 construction projects with a planned investment of 13.4 billion yuan.

　　The projects commenced this time cover industry, infrastructure, social undertakings, real estate and other fields. With large scale, sound quality and structure, and strong driving and leading effects, they will surely inject strong momentum into accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces and provide strong support for building "Park Dadukou, Colorful Art Bay."

　　This series of projects includes the Chunfeng Power Motorcycle Manufacturing Base project, with a planned total investment of 600 million yuan. Located in Zone A of Jianqiao Park, it leases about 25,000 m² of newly built factory space from Shumadun to research, develop and produce four-wheel and two-wheel products of 400cc and below.

　　The Tuanjin Technology Energy Storage Equipment R&D and Manufacturing Base project, with a planned total investment of 80 million yuan, is located in Zone C of Jianqiao Park, covering an area of about 13.2 mu and a building area of about 15,000 m², and will build a new R&D and production building.

　　The Yiduchuang Urban Renewal project, with a planned total investment of about 220 million yuan, is located in Shimian Village, Qiezixi, covering an area of about 120 mu. It will carry out renewal, renovation and business format upgrading of the Shimian Factory to create a distribution center for music, fine arts, and craft creation and sales.

　　The Dadukou Cable Car project, with a planned total investment of 50 million yuan, starts at Ganghua Road and ends at the Chongqing Industrial Museum. The upper station covers an area of 1,400 m², the lower station covers 1,700 m², and the track covers 1,500 m².

　　A relevant responsible person of Dadukou District stated that holding the centralized project commencement is not only a key measure to implement the decisions and arrangements of the municipal Party committee and municipal government on achieving a strong start in the first quarter, but also a concrete action to unswervingly pursue projects, seize the opening, stabilize investment and promote development.

Project owners and construction units should strengthen overall scheduling, adopt list-based management and follow-up promotion, and push commenced projects to complete and reach production as early as possible. They must provide dedicated and strong services. Relevant departments and local towns and subdistricts should precisely match project needs, ensure factor guarantees such as financing, land use and energy use, and make every effort to ensure efficient project advancement.
