Recently, with two concrete boom pumps started simultaneously, C50 high-grade concrete was successively poured into the cast-in-place beam formwork. After more than 10 hours of intensive construction, the first cast-in-place box girder of the Tianfuwan Bridge on the LXLX-4 section of the Lixian Expressway was successfully poured.

　　The Tianfuwan Bridge spans the C and E ramps of the Xiaocun Interchange in Xianfeng County. The superstructure of the entire bridge is divided into left and right lines, with the left line measuring 852 meters and the right line 697 meters. Previously, the first T-beam of the ** span bridge on the left carriageway of the Tianfuwan Bridge was successfully erected, marking that bridge construction in this section has entered the superstructure construction stage.

　　The LXLX-4 section of the Lixian Expressway is located within Lichuan City and Xianfeng County, with a total route length of 16 kilometers. It is designed as a two-way, four-lane expressway with a design speed of 80 km/h and a subgrade width of 25.5 meters. To ensure the smooth completion of the first cast-in-place box girder pouring, the project department overcame weather difficulties such as rain, snow and freezing in the early stage, formulated a special construction plan in advance, and strictly controlled each link including formwork assembly, rebar fabrication and installation, and concrete pouring, effectively carrying out safety and technical briefings to ensure the smooth progress of this pouring construction.
