The Foundation Engineering College closely follows the development needs of the construction industry and is committed to cultivating professional, interdisciplinary skilled talents. To meet the challenges of industrial optimization and upgrading and technological progress, it has specially launched a series of courses covering foundation engineering case studies, interpretation of standards and codes, innovative technologies, digital geotechnics and green low-carbon geotechnics, industry frontiers, and enterprise management experience. Foundation Engineering College
The China Foundation Engineering Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance is a non-profit industry alliance registered with the China National Intellectual Property Administration. To cultivate high-end talents in the field of building foundation engineering in China, initiated by the Foundation Alliance, the Foundation Engineering Institute of the China Academy of Building Research and Beijing Jinshan Foundation Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. jointly established the "Foundation Engineering College."
With the founding purpose of "great virtue and strong skills, dedicated professionalism and earnest practice, integrity and innovation, and the pursuit of excellence," and the mission of "cultivating talents, achieving experts, serving the industry, and benefiting society," the Foundation Engineering College practices the responsibility of "educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country," nurturing and achieving a new generation of leaders in the foundation engineering industry.
China Foundation Engineering Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance
The China Foundation Engineering Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance is a non-profit organization registered with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (Registration No.: Guo Zhi Lian Bei 2016025). It was established in 2014 under the leadership of Jianyan Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. (the Foundation Engineering Institute of the China Academy of Building Research), with members including enterprises and research institutions in the geotechnical engineering field that possess patented technologies and proprietary technologies.
The purpose of the Alliance is to build a platform for exchange and cooperation among alliance members, promoting joint R&D, complementary advantages, achievement transformation, and application promotion of geotechnical engineering technologies; its goal is to closely follow the national innovation-driven strategy, adhere to enterprises as the main body, be guided by market demands and problems, integrate resources from industry, academia, research, and application in various fields, build an innovation work system for the R&D, evaluation, and promotion and application of innovative geotechnical engineering technologies, and achieve deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application; its tasks are to collect innovation needs, seek innovation directions, organize evaluation of innovation achievements, carry out innovative technology exchange activities, promote complementary advantages among alliance members, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
Foundation Engineering Institute of the China Academy of Building Research
The Foundation Engineering Institute of the China Academy of Building Research was established in 1956 and is affiliated with China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. In 2002, it was restructured to establish Jianyan Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd.
After nearly seventy years of development, the Institute has achieved fruitful results in scientific research, having undertaken and completed more than 200 scientific research projects, and has achieved systematic, high-level, and practically valuable research results in foundation treatment, pile foundations, box-raft foundations for high-rise buildings, deep foundation pit support, and the engineering properties of soil and their testing technologies, and has won 67 national and provincial/ministerial awards; presided over the compilation of 53 standards and codes; obtained 109 patents, 19 software copyrights, 2 *** construction methods, and 1 Beijing municipal construction method.
The Institute possesses multiple *** scientific research and academic platforms, and is the chairman member unit and secretariat unit of the Building Foundation Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the supporting unit of the Foundation Engineering Center of the National Engineering Research Center for Building Technology, the Foundation Engineering Laboratory of the State Key Laboratory of Building Safety and Environment, the Beijing Engineering Technology Research Center for Foundation Engineering and Underground Space Development and Utilization, the national second-level society the Foundation Engineering Branch of the Architectural Society of China, and the Foundation Engineering Committee of the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization. It also undertakes the task of cultivating doctoral and master's graduate students in geotechnical engineering for the country, has a postdoctoral research station, and supplies high-end reserve talents in building foundation engineering for the country.

Beijing Jinshan Foundation Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 2010. After more than ten years of development, the company has grown from a single magazine publisher into a comprehensive professional media platform integrating online, periodical, conference, consulting, and new media services, providing all-round information services for the entire industrial chain and every link of foundation engineering, and opening up the most convenient channels.
It has provided extensive services for associations and societies such as the Deep Foundation and Underground Space Engineering Branch of the China Construction Industry Association, the Geotechnical Technology Research and Development Foundation (a consortium legal person), the Piling Machinery Branch of the Chinese Construction Machinery Society, the Pile Foundation Professional Committee of the Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering Branch of the China Civil Engineering Society, the Foundation Engineering Branch of the Architectural Society of China, the Foundation Engineering Branch of the Chongqing Construction Industry Association, the Piling Branch of the Shandong Deep Foundation and Underground Engineering Association, the Pile Foundation Branch of the Fujian Civil Engineering and Construction Industry Association, and the Piling Engineering Luying Association.
