The Information Office of the People's Government of Anding District, Dingxi City issued a notice on February 27. On February 24, 2024, a traffic accident occurred on Zhenglong Road in Anding District, Dingxi City.

　　According to an investigation by the Traffic Police Brigade of the Anding Branch of the Dingxi Municipal Public Security Bureau, at 5:17 a.m. on February 24, 2024, Li was driving a small van to deliver vegetables to Xishuiwan Residential Community in Anding District, Dingxi City. When he reached the section of Zhenglong Road in Anding District, he struck members of the Shehuo team from Lijiabao Town who were on their way to perform at Yuhu Park.

　　After the accident occurred, the Traffic Police Brigade of the Anding Branch of the Dingxi Municipal Public Security Bureau arrived at the scene immediately to handle the situation and sent the injured to the hospital for examination and treatment without delay. Diagnosis showed that one injured person had slight bleeding in the brain, three had minor fractures, and the remaining seven had minor superficial abrasions. Testing determined that the blood alcohol content of the driver responsible, Li, was 68.51 mg/100 ml, which constitutes driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

　　At present, all the injured are in stable condition, and one person has been discharged from the hospital; the driver responsible has been taken into custody by the public security authorities, and the accident is under further investigation and handling.
