Recently, the construction land for the entire Qihe-Linqing section of the Jinan-Linqing Expressway project, invested in and constructed by Shandong Hi-Speed Group, was approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources.

　　This project has a long route and involves many districts and counties. Since the land assembly work was launched, Shandong Hi-Speed Construction Management Group has strictly implemented the work arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, the Provincial Department of Transport, and the Group Company, closely tracked key factors such as land elements and funding guarantees, and advanced key milestones in overlapping sequence, including the project's crossing of ecologically sensitive points and the implementation of cultivated land requisition-compensation balance targets. It has made full use of policy benefits and actively coordinated to accelerate the review and approval process. With strong support from the Provincial Department of Natural Resources, local governments along the route, and relevant departments, all parties formed a coordinated force to fully resolve difficulties and bottlenecks. After the project's land assembly was submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resources, it passed review in a single instance, achieving "zero corrections."

　　The Qihe-Linqing section of the Jinan-Linqing Expressway project has a total length of 57.1 kilometers and an estimated investment of 8.62 billion yuan. The project adopts the standard of a two-way, four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour and a planned construction period of 36 months. The construction of the project is of great significance for improving the province's expressway network and the road network layout of Liaocheng City, giving full play to the overall benefits of the road network, accelerating the integration of the provincial capital economic circle and the development of the Central Plains urban agglomeration, and promoting regional economic and social development and the development of tourism resources.
