A total of 1,007 major engineering projects began construction in a concentrated manner, with a total investment of 1.20804 trillion yuan.

　　Not far from the newly started Aiko Solar High-Efficiency Battery Module project, the Phase II project of the BYD New Energy Passenger Vehicle and Components Industrial Park has pressed the "acceleration button." Xu Lei, general manager of BYD Group in Shandong Province, introduced that last year the park produced 240,000 complete vehicles and completed an output value of 27.65 billion yuan. As the Phase II construction proceeds smoothly, it is expected that more than 300,000 complete vehicles will be produced this year, completing an output value of 33 billion yuan.

　　Li Zigang, deputy secretary of the Party Group of the Administrative Approval Service Bureau of Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City, said that the locality has deepened the dual-chain approval model of "pre-built factory buildings + project approval," speeding up approval by more than 60%. More than 440,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings have been pre-built, and more than 10 projects have benefited from the dividends brought by this policy.

　　At the construction site of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Qihe-Jinan section of the Beijing-Taipei Expressway undertaken by China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, all construction areas are "firing on all cylinders." This project is an important component of Shandong's "nine vertical, five horizontal, one ring, seven radial, and multiple connecting" expressway network.

Shandong plans to complete 325 billion yuan of investment in transportation construction this year to further strengthen economic ties between regions.
