The Ma'anshan section of the Nanjing-Ma'anshan "four-to-eight" expansion was basically completed, and construction started on the S446 reconstruction project, the G329 Qingxi River Bridge to Lintou section reconstruction project (Phase I), and others. According to the deployment, in 2024, Ma'anshan City plans to implement 18 transportation construction projects, with a planned investment of 5.5 billion yuan. Among them, there are 4 expressway projects with a planned investment of 2.7 billion yuan; the Hubei Road river-crossing channel plans to complete an investment of 1 billion yuan; there are 6 ordinary national and provincial trunk highway projects with a planned investment of 1.03 billion yuan; there are 6 water transport construction projects with a planned investment of 380 million yuan; and 81 kilometers of rural roads with a planned investment of 400 million yuan.

This year, our city will aim to build the "Beautiful Anhui Poetry City Roads," persist in focusing efforts on planned projects, vigorously advance project construction, accelerate the construction of S205 Weiwu Road and the Nanjing-Hexian Expressway, start construction on the Hubei Road river-crossing channel, the G4222 Hexian to Xiangyang Expressway Hexian to Hanshan section, and the G4231 Nanjing to Jiujiang Expressway Hexian to Wuwei section, promote the accelerated connection of provincial "dead-end roads" such as Anhui S446 connecting with Jiangsu S126 and G346 connecting with Jiangsu S356, and further advance preliminary work such as the G205 rapid transformation.
