2023 Annual Performance Summary Conference

Spring blossoms and autumn fruits mark another year; forging ahead with determination opens a new chapter. On January 26, 2024, the Xinrui Group 2023 Annual Performance Summary Conference and Annual Awards Ceremony, themed "Forging a Glorious History of Striving, Pursuing the Dream of Prospering the Nation through Industry," was successfully held. Xinrui Group Chairman and President Wu Hehong and other company leaders, management teams from various business units and subsidiaries, and specially invited guests gathered with all employees to review the dedication and achievements of 2023, commend the star employees and outstanding teams who made exceptional contributions during the year, look ahead to the opportunities and challenges of 2024, and inspire all employees to continue striving with even greater enthusiasm!

At the 2023 annual work summary meeting, the Group's annual operating results and organizational performance evaluation results were reported, outstanding teams shared their management experience, and attendees received management training on "Performance Echelon." Chairman Wu, speaking on the theme "Believe in the Power of Belief," encouraged everyone to maintain an optimistic and positive attitude toward the future, clearly discern the trends of the times, seize future opportunities, firmly believe in the power of time, and persevere with sustained effort; and to adhere to the business strategy of seeking progress while maintaining stability and achieving stability through progress.
