On the afternoon of January 29, an award ceremony was held in the on-site meeting room of the JD Partner Building project. Beijing Zhongyan Dadi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongyan Dadi"), as the construction contractor for earthwork, slope protection, dewatering, and pile foundation works, received the "Outstanding Team in Overcoming Difficulties" trophy and a commendation banner awarded by the owner units—the JD Major Project Office and Beijing JD Kunyue Technology Industry Innovation Development Co., Ltd.

The JD Partner Building project is located in the East Zone of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, adjacent to the JD Headquarters building complex. With a total construction area of 156,000 square meters, 5 underground floors and 18 above-ground floors, and a foundation pit depth of 24.22 m to 27.22 m, it is one of the few ultra-deep foundation pits in the Beijing area, posing enormous construction challenges.

Since winning the bid, the project team quickly assessed the construction scope, identified various risks, adopted dynamic construction management, meticulously organized the rotation of labor, machinery, and materials, and strictly implemented each process. After days and nights of intensive work, the project team successfully completed all time milestones required by the owner and the general contractor. Throughout the journey, the project team remained true to its original aspiration, forged ahead with determination, and persisted in building a quality project through a spirit of practical action, completing all construction tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity. With its strong technical strength, solid service capabilities, and excellent contract performance, the team has been recognized by the owner and the general contractor.
