To the construction industry associations of all cities (prefectures), directly-administered cities, and the Shennongjia Forestry District, and to all member units (including all branches):

In 2023, our association thoroughly implemented the credit system construction requirements of the state and Hubei Province, and carried out credit evaluation of construction enterprises on a broad basis. In accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Credit Evaluation of Construction Enterprises in Hubei Province" and the "Indicator System for Credit Evaluation of Construction Enterprises in Hubei Province" (2020 revised edition), and following the principles of serving enterprises and society, being non-profit and voluntary, and being open and fair, and after enterprise application, review and recommendation by city and prefecture associations, expert review organized by the Credit Evaluation Working Committee, credit investigation by relevant functional departments, approval by the Credit Evaluation Steering Committee, and public announcement without objection, the results of the 2023 credit evaluation of construction enterprises in Hubei Province are hereby announced as follows:

I. Newly evaluated enterprises: 33 enterprises including China Construction Science and Industry Corporation Limited are awarded the "AAA" credit rating; 5 enterprises including Dancheng Construction Group Co., Ltd. are awarded the "AA" credit rating (see Annex 1).

II. Re-evaluated enterprises: 87 enterprises including China Nuclear Industry 22nd Construction Co., Ltd. are awarded the "AAA" credit rating; Hubei Tiandicheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is awarded the "AA" credit rating (see Annex 2).

III. Annually reviewed enterprises: the AAA credit rating is retained for 154 annually reviewed enterprises including CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.; the AA credit rating is retained for 10 annually reviewed enterprises including Hubei Chaoyue Construction Co., Ltd.; the A credit rating is retained for 3 annually reviewed enterprises including Hubei Haijiang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (see Annex 3).

It is hoped that enterprises that have obtained good credit ratings will honor their commitments, make persistent efforts, and, with the goal of "building a strategic fulcrum, walking in the forefront, and writing a new chapter," make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the construction industry.
