On April 27, 2015, the 2015 China International Concrete Industry Exhibition grandly opened at the China International Exhibition Center. The exhibition consisted of four thematic zones—the "Concrete Admixtures Zone," the "Rebar Processing Machinery Zone," the "Formwork and Scaffolding Zone," and the "Sand and Aggregate Equipment Zone"—together with the "Sixth National Concrete Design Competition," forming a combination of four specialized exhibition areas plus one professional competition. Combined with dozens of concurrent technical exchange and industry seminar sessions and forum activities, it became an "aircraft carrier"-class professional exhibition covering the entire upstream and downstream industrial chain of the concrete industry.
