Weihai Crane Factory, located in the picturesque and pleasantly climate city of Weihai, Shandong Province, is the earliest professional manufacturer in Shandong Province designated by both the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Machine-Building Industry to produce various cranes and construction machinery. The factory covers an area of 113,000 square meters, has more than 670 employees, including 52 senior and intermediate engineering technicians.

1. Within the warranty period, regardless of the cause, as long as equipment failure occurs, we will promptly go to the site to assist users in handling it.
2. All component suppliers have signed quality assurance contracts or agreements; in the event of any quality failure, a corresponding response must be made within 8 hours.
3. For quality failures occurring under normal use during the warranty period, the factory will provide free parts required for maintenance (excluding wearing parts and electrical components). After the warranty period, the factory will promptly provide users with special parts required for maintenance.
4. After-sales service personnel carry the "User Information Feedback Card" when leaving the factory, and after completing the service work, ask users to fill in their opinions and suggestions and sign or stamp.
