In winter, along the banks of the Huai River, the land of northern Anhui remains lush and green. On December 11, the 2014 Annual Meeting of the Tunneling Machinery Branch of the China Construction Machinery Association was grandly held in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, renowned as the "Pearl City."
