Recently, XCMG Schwing held an activity titled "I Act Out Safety, Everyone Joins in Finding Faults." In the activity, seven employees served as actors and incorporated into their performances safety issues that are easily overlooked at work, while the remaining employees watched from the sidelines, identified the safety hazards that appeared in the actors' performances, and recorded them. Through this "fault-finding" activity, employees gained a deeper understanding of the safety issues that exist at work and greatly raised their safety awareness.
