此前，中国重工于9月11日公布了非公开发行预案。预案主要内容为注入超大型水面舰船、大中型水面舰船、常规潜艇、大型登陆舰等军工重大装备总装资产。该预案受到国内外投资者的广泛关注。
据悉，此次方案成功获得国家国防科技工业主管部门同意，标志着我国军工重大总装业务进入资本市场几成定局。
