Those who have graduated from engineering graduate programs for more than 2 years; graduated from undergraduate programs for more than 3 years (5 years for non-mechanical majors); graduated from junior college for more than 4 years (6 years for non-mechanical majors); or those with equivalent educational qualifications for more than 15 years may all register (because the validity period of a passing exam score is 3 years, applicants may register for the exam 1 to 2 years in advance).
