Nowadays, energy conservation and consumption reduction are urgent. As a new breakthrough in building energy efficiency, ultra-low energy passive buildings have attracted much attention. This lecture, themed on the theory and practice of passive building energy-saving technologies, focused on the promotion of passive houses in severe cold regions based on the natural geographical conditions of our province.

    The lecture also specially invited leading enterprises in building energy efficiency in our province to showcase relevant achievements and share their concepts. Currently, advanced enterprises in our province have reached world-class standards in the field of passive building energy-saving technologies, leading the industry's development.

    Heilongjiang Chenneng Shengyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. launched the Sino-German cooperative passive ultra-low energy project practice—Chenneng·Xishu Courtyard—in 2011. This is one of only two Sino-German cooperative 'passive' energy-saving building demonstration projects in China to date, and has successfully created a landmark and high-quality example of passive energy-saving houses in our province and even the whole country, representing that our province has reached a domestic leading level in the field of low-energy buildings. During the lecture, the representative of Chenneng shared an introduction to the Sino-German cooperative passive ultra-low energy project practice, expressing Chenneng's corporate positioning of adhering to building projects that harmonize humans, nature, and architecture, as well as its determination to continuously strive and pioneer in the field of green energy-saving buildings.

    Harbin Hongsheng Group, which has always relied on the real estate industry, with research and development of new, earthquake-resistant building energy-saving systems and production of building energy-saving materials such as EPS modules as new economic growth points, and diversified businesses, has owned 8 building energy-saving systems with independent intellectual property rights. Their EPS modules and series of energy-saving products have filled domestic gaps and reached international leading levels, constituting an innovative revolution in the field of building energy efficiency. The representative of Hongsheng promoted the concept of 'EPS module building energy-saving technology' during the event. The Hongsheng building energy-saving system has passed patent technology implementation licensing and is currently undergoing industrialization base construction, continuously advancing the process of proprietary innovative building energy conservation.

    As the only wooden window enterprise in China certified by the German Passive House Institute, Harbin Sayyas Window Industry Co., Ltd. has always focused on its own product research and development. Through a series of pioneering experiments in China's energy-saving wooden window industry, Sayyas developed China's first passive window—PASSIVE 120—in 2012. This product has obtained certification from the German Passive House Institute, with a whole-window heat transfer coefficient below 0.8, marking a new breakthrough in China's wooden window industry. During the lecture, the representative of Sayyas presented the product technology of 'super energy-saving building exterior windows meeting passive building standards' and stated that the upgraded product of the PASSIVE series, PASSIVE A+, is in the pipeline, which is believed to set off another storm of technological innovation in the field of energy-saving wooden windows. Currently, Sayyas is building China's first 'passive factory', continuously exploring and striving towards building the most energy-efficient factory and producing the most energy-efficient wooden windows.
