Recently, Le Jiawen, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, conducted a survey of key project construction at the Wenshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone. He emphasized the need to unswervingly focus on industry, industrial development, and projects, seize policy opportunities, take proactive responsibility, go all out to accelerate and improve key project construction, speed up the standardized development of the park, and build momentum for the high-quality economic and social development of Wenshan City.

　　Le Jiawen and his delegation visited the construction sites of key projects including Chongqing Jiantao Aluminum Base Material and Deep Processing, the Panax Notoginseng Digital Origin Processing Center, the reconstruction and expansion of Wenshan Yide Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and the 1,000-ton-per-year natural product deep processing project of Yunnan Zhengding Biotechnology Co., Ltd. They inspected project progress on site, listened carefully to work reports, and studied and resolved the difficulties and problems existing in project advancement. They also walked into the production workshop of Wenshan Kangyi Food Co., Ltd. to learn in detail about the company's product production processes, development status, operations and sales, and market development prospects.

　　Le Jiawen emphasized that key project construction is the "lifeline" of economic development and the key to stabilizing economic growth. Relevant departments should focus on the provincial and prefectural "3815" strategic development goals and the requirements of the series of three-year actions, fully implement the "Strengthening the Prefectural Capital" action, effectively enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility in advancing major and key project construction, revolve everything around projects, keep their eyes on project implementation, do solid and detailed work in all aspects of project management, and ensure high-quality and efficient project construction. They should strengthen service awareness, provide proactive and forward-leaning services, go all out to create favorable conditions for project construction, promote "accelerated" project construction, and ensure projects are completed and effective as early as possible. Construction units should clarify goals and tasks, scientifically arrange schedules, closely follow time nodes, firmly establish the concept of safe development, strictly implement standardized and procedural operations, seize the construction period under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, fully accelerate project construction progress, and build high-standard quality projects. They should seize the development opportunities brought by the park, strictly implement and detail the main responsibility for food safety, strictly uphold the food safety bottom line, strictly control quality and safety, actively expand markets, build brands, and grow stronger and larger.
