The publicity period is 5 working days.

Any unit or individual with objections to the publicized content shall submit written opinions to the Commission within the publicity period (individual opinions must be signed with the real name and contact information; unit opinions must be affixed with the official seal of the unit for verification). Late submissions will not be accepted.
