To the construction industry associations of all cities (including Xinji City), the Construction Industry Association of Xiong'an New Area, all member units and relevant units:

In order to carry out the selection of the 2024 Hebei Provincial Construction Project Anji Cup (Provincial Quality Project) Gold Award (hereinafter referred to as the Anji Cup Gold Award) and the selection and recommendation of the 2024 *** Quality Project Award, in accordance with the requirements of the document "Notice on Issuing the Selection Measures for the Hebei Provincial Construction Project Anji Cup Award (Provincial Quality Project) (2023 Revision)" (Ji Jian Xie Zi [2023] No. 11) and the document "Measures for Pre-control and Recommendation Management of *** Quality Projects" (Ji Jian Xie Zi [2021] No. 51), our association has decided to launch the selection of the 2024 Anji Cup Gold Award and the pre-application work for the 2024-2025 ** batch of China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project) and the National Quality Project Award. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Selection of the 2024 Anji Cup Gold Award Projects

(1) Application Conditions

The Anji Cup Gold Award is the highest honor award for construction project quality in our province. The projects recommended by our province for the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project) and the National Quality Project Award are all selected and recommended from among the Anji Cup Gold Award projects on the basis of merit.

Projects applying for the 2024 Anji Cup Gold Award shall apply in accordance with the requirements of the "Selection Measures for the Hebei Provincial Construction Project Anji Cup Award (Provincial Quality Project)". The applying projects shall have completed completion acceptance and been put into use between June 1, 2020 and June 30, 2023.

(2) Schedule

1. Application period: January 20, 2024 to March 20, 2024

2. Document review period: March 20, 2024 to April 1, 2024

3. On-site re-inspection period: April 2024

(3) Application Document Requirements

The content and requirements of the application documents shall comply with the relevant requirements of the "Selection Measures for the Hebei Provincial Construction Project Anji Cup Award (Provincial Quality Project)".

The application documents include one copy of the "Application Form for the Hebei Provincial Construction Project Anji Cup (Provincial Quality Project) Gold Award" and one set of photocopies of supporting materials. The application form shall be downloaded and filled in according to Appendix 1 of this notice, and the supporting materials shall be organized and bound into volumes according to the requirements of Appendix 2. The application form and supporting materials shall be bound together into one volume in A4 format. Each applying unit shall submit the electronic version of the above documents together with the written documents to the Provincial Construction Industry Association.

(4) Application Method

Construction projects within the administrative region of Hebei Province, cross-regional specialized projects such as railway, transportation, water conservancy and electric power, and construction projects undertaken by construction enterprises of our province outside the province may apply directly to our association.

(5) No fees of any kind shall be charged for the Anji Cup Gold Award selection activities.

II. Pre-application Work for the 2024-2025 ** Batch of China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project) and the National Quality Project Award

(1) Projects pre-applying for the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project) shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Selection Measures for the China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project)" (2021 Revision) of the China Construction Industry Association. The applying projects shall have completed completion acceptance and been put into use between January 1, 2021 and June 30, 2023, and shall have completed acceptance filing (for building construction and municipal landscape projects) or comprehensive acceptance (for industrial, transportation and water conservancy projects) before June 30, 2024.

(2) Projects pre-applying for the National Quality Project Award shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Selection Measures for the National Quality Project Award" (2020 Revision) of the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management. The applying projects must have passed completion acceptance and been put into use for more than one year and less than four years; the completion time of the projects shall be between June 1, 2020 and May 31, 2023.

(3) Relevant units are requested to fill in the "2024 *** Quality Project Award Pre-application Form" (Appendix 4) according to the requirements of the respective selection measures. Before March 20, 2024, please send the electronic version of the above form (together with a scanned PDF version affixed with the official seal) to the email address of our association. The email subject shall indicate 2024 Luban Prize or National Quality Award + name of the applying unit.
