The "YTR206AE pure electric rotary drilling rig, YTR456HE extended-range electric rotary drilling rig, and 4-axle 24-meter bridge inspection vehicle" independently developed and produced by Yutong Heavy Industries feature rational design, advanced technology, and strong practicality, reaching the domestic leading level, and successfully passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation by the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Center.

On January 12, 2024, in accordance with the Science and Technology Progress Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, and the Measures for Science and Technology Evaluation, the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Center organized renowned experts in the field to conduct scientific and technological achievement evaluations of the three projects declared by Yutong Heavy Industries, following the standards and procedures for such evaluations and in the spirit of being scientific, independent, objective, and fair. The evaluation committee experts carefully listened to the project team's reports, thoroughly reviewed the relevant evaluation materials, and conducted in-depth questioning and discussion with the project team.

The evaluation committee unanimously agreed that the three declared projects passed the evaluation, and held that: Yutong's electric rotary drilling rigs and bridge inspection vehicles have achieved innovative results in technical research, equipment manufacturing, and engineering applications, and have established a product system with independent intellectual property rights; the equipment operates stably, with high working efficiency and significant energy-saving effects, delivering good economic and social benefits. The committee recommends accelerating their promotion and application in the industry.
