Adjacent to Wansheng West Station on Beijing Subway Line 7, the Tongma Road Comprehensive Transportation Hub is under vigorous construction. Recently, it was learned from Gonglian Company of the Shoufa Group that the main structure of the Tongma Road Comprehensive Transportation Hub has been completed, and the overall project will be completed by the end of the year. At the same time, the Universal Studios North Transportation Hub, adjacent to the Universal Resort, will also be completed and unveiled by the end of the year.

　　The Tongma Road Comprehensive Transportation Hub is located in the northwest corner of the Cultural Tourism Zone of Beijing's Suburban Center, adjacent to Tongma Road to the west and Wansheng South Street to the north, and near Wansheng West Station on Subway Line 7. It has a total floor area of approximately 176,200 square meters and a building height of 45 meters. Recently, at the construction site of the Tongma Road Comprehensive Transportation Hub, it was learned that the steel structure framework of the three-star and four-star hotels above the hub has been erected, and workers are carrying out welding work on the steel structure. Directly below the hotels is the two-story underground structure of the hub station, including hotel kitchens, equipment rooms, and parking lots.

　　Guo Zhe, on-site commander of the Tongma Road Transportation Hub Project of Gonglian Dingsheng Company under the Shoufa Group, introduced that the project plans a comprehensive transportation hub, three-star and four-star hotels, and commercial blocks. After completion and operation, it will undertake transfer functions integrating rail transit, surface buses, taxis, cars, and other modes of transportation. In the future, 5 to 6 bus routes and 23 express bus lines will be introduced, and by then residents of the three northern counties will also be able to transfer between transportation modes here.

　　Through integrated comprehensive development, the Tongma Road Transportation Hub project will create a regional leisure and cultural venue, meet the consumer needs of urban transportation crowds, and provide comprehensive experiential services for the Universal Studios theme park and surrounding cities. "After the hub is completed, some shuttle buses will also be introduced to make it convenient for citizens to go to the Universal Resort," said Guo Zhe.

　　Li Aiguo, Party branch secretary of the hub project of Beijing Urban Construction Group, introduced that the main structure of the Tongma Road Transportation Hub project and the fine decoration of the model rooms have been fully completed, and secondary structure, mechanical and electrical installation, and glass curtain wall works are underway. Before this year's May Day, all civil engineering structural works will be completed, and the hub as a whole will be completed and unveiled by the end of the year.

　　Another hub under construction—the Universal Studios North Transportation Hub—has also made new progress. The hub is located on the north side of the Universal Theme Park, adjacent to Qunfang Station on Subway Line 7, with a total land area of approximately 22,000 square meters, a total floor area of approximately 85,000 square meters, and a building height of approximately 24 meters. The project plans a comprehensive transportation hub, a five-star hotel, and commercial facilities. At the same time, the top of the hub will create garden landscapes extending in all directions of the city, forming an open and green urban block public space. The hub is equipped with public parking spaces and can transfer with Qunfang Station on Subway Line 7, meeting citizens' transportation transfer needs and emergency parking needs during peak passenger flows, further improving the supporting facilities of the Universal expansion area. Ban Yunxiang, director of the Engineering Construction Department of Gonglian Dingsheng Company under the Shoufa Group, introduced that at present, both projects have basically completed earthwork, support, dewatering, and main structure construction, and are carrying out secondary structure, mechanical and electrical engineering, and curtain wall engineering construction, and both will be completed and unveiled by the end of the year.
