The relevant indicators are incorporated into the land transfer documents to inform land-using enterprises. During land supply, more than ten industry regulatory departments, including development and reform, natural resources and planning, housing and urban-rural development, water affairs, meteorology, and culture, tourism and sports, put forward management requirements and key technical design points in accordance with their duties, forming the "List of Land for Transfer via Public Bidding, Auction, and Listing of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights," which is delivered to the land transferee together with the signing of the contract for the transfer of state-owned construction land use rights. Before project approval, based on the approval information and project information, the "Matter List," "Intermediary Service List," "Material List," and "Contact Person List" for engineering construction project approval are formed. Enterprises obtain the "Full-Process Element Notification Form for Project Construction Approval" upon applying in the engineering construction project approval system, achieving "one form, six clarities" and effectively enhancing the transparency and convenience of the entire construction application process.
