The reporter learned from the press conference on the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone held on the 16th: The Executive Committee of the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone, the Development and Reform Commissions of the two provinces and one municipality of Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, and the governments of Suzhou and Jiaxing recently jointly issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Major Construction Projects in the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone (2024-2026)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"), which clarifies the roadmap, task list, and timetable for major construction projects in the demonstration zone over the next three years.

It is introduced that the "Action Plan" focuses on promoting more functional projects to take shape early and deliver functions quickly; it focuses on the pioneer start-up area, with key attention to cross-regional, cross-basin, and strategic industrial cluster projects; at the same time, centering on the new stage and new requirements of the demonstration zone's construction and development, it places greater emphasis on project maturity, more prominently highlights the implementation of high-level and牵引性 projects, and accelerates the improvement of the demonstration zone's concentration and visibility; it further improves the joint guarantee mechanism for major projects, further strengthens the guarantee of factors such as project funds and land by the three levels and eight parties of the two provinces and one municipality, and at the same time strengthens upward efforts to empower project construction and further mobilize the enthusiasm of project implementation entities.
