To all branches, member units, and related construction and installation enterprises:

In order to promote technological progress and enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation in the field of civil engineering, and to facilitate the promotion and application of new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment in engineering. To provide member units with more and better scientific and technological services, it has been decided through study to carry out the application work for the 2024 first batch of Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Provincial Construction Methods (hereinafter referred to as "Provincial Construction Methods"). The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

I. Project Application

According to the "Administrative Measures for Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Provincial Construction Methods (Trial)", all member units are requested to actively organize applications for the 2024 first batch of Provincial Construction Methods, and submit the relevant application materials to the Chief Engineer Working Committee of the Henan Civil Engineering and Architecture Society before April 19, 2024.

(1) Application projects shall follow the principles of voluntary enterprise application and fairness, impartiality, and openness, and submit application materials within the time specified in this document in accordance with the procedures for application, review, and achievement management stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Provincial Construction Methods (Trial)" (see Attachment 1).

(2) The primary applying unit for participating projects must be a member unit of the Henan Civil Engineering and Architecture Society (membership may also be applied for at the time of application).

(3) Preliminary review and recommendation. All branches and local societies are requested to actively organize relevant units to apply for "Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Provincial Construction Methods", and after preliminary review, recommend the best candidates for participation in the evaluation.

II. Working Organization

The selection organization for Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Provincial Construction Methods is located at the Chief Engineer Working Committee of the Society.

III. Requirements for Application Materials

(1) Paper documents shall be bound with A4 paper using adhesive binding, one set per copy, including:

1. Construction method application form; 2. Main text of the construction method; 3. Proof of engineering application; 4. Proof of economic benefits; 5. Declaration of no dispute over key technologies; 6. Science and technology novelty search report (photocopy); 7. Patent certificates for key technologies and award certificates for scientific and technological achievements; 8. Appraisal certificates for key technologies (photocopy); 9. Photographs of the construction process reflecting the content of the construction method, and PPT or video reflecting the construction technology of the construction method.

(2) All the above materials must be accompanied by one set of electronic files on a USB flash drive (PDF files consistent with the paper documents; for multiple photos/awards, folders shall be created and each photo/award named in sequence).

(3) The above paper documents and USB flash drive shall be packaged and mailed to the address of the working organization.

IV. Other Related Matters

All information related to the application, preliminary review, recommendation, and evaluation of Henan Provincial Civil Engineering Provincial Construction Methods will be promptly published on the official website of the Society and the Society's WeChat official account. Please pay attention.
