The Yuchai YCR65E rotary drilling rig made a strong debut, heading to Lingshan County, Qinzhou City, Guangxi, to participate in rural self-built housing and well-drilling projects, helping mountain-area residents improve their living environment and solve drinking water difficulties.

The power head of the Yuchai YCR65E rotary drilling rig is specially equipped with a dual-motor reducer, increasing displacement output, resulting in higher power head rotation speed and more efficient operation. The designed maximum drilling diameter is 1.2 meters, and the maximum drilling depth is 27 meters. It is powered by Yuchai's all-new generation engine, eliminating the need to add urea, offering convenient maintenance, environmental friendliness and economy, and strong power. The spacious and well-appointed cab features a sturdy structure and reasonable layout, and is equipped with air-suspension seats that are comfortable to sit in and provide excellent shock absorption, so operators do not feel fatigued during long working hours. The mast structure adopts a segmented, detachable design that incorporates a low-clearance design concept, enabling it to adapt to construction on low, narrow rural roads and meet customers' more comprehensive needs. The entire machine can be transported with the mast attached; the main unit and accessories require only one vehicle, saving freight costs and reducing operating costs for customers.

In the housing construction and domestic water projects in Lingshan County supported by the Yuchai YCR65E rotary drilling rig, the maximum drilling depth was 4 meters and the pile hole diameter was 1 meter; after drilling 1 meter, moderately weathered rock strata were encountered. The customer reported drilling nearly 50 meters per day, indicating very high construction efficiency.

The main unit and accessories require only one vehicle
