过去的2023年，三一再添一家***博士后科研工作站分站。在全国博士后管委会公布的备案名单中，三一重能成功获批设立博士后科研工作站分站。
至此，三一集团共拥有4个***博士后科研工作站（含分站），包括三一重工、三一重能、三一重装、三一重机，设站数量居行业前列。
除此之外，三一集团还拥有2个***企业技术中心、3个院士专家工作站、1个国家认可试验检测中心、1个国家工业设计中心，形成了集群化的研发创新平台体系，带动企业研发能力提升。
此次博士后科研工作站再落三一，是对三一研发创新能力与人才培养能力的高度认可。未来，三一将以博士后科研工作站等科研机构作为吸纳、集聚高层次人才的重要载体，持续加大投入，为科技人才成果孵化提供更坚实的保障，为企业高质量发展增添强劲动力。
