Recently, the website of the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission published pre-approval public notices for the project application reports of the Fengyang–Dingyuan section of the G0323 Jining–Hefei Expressway, the Chuzhou section of the Yangzhou–Huainan Expressway, and the Anhui section of the Xuyi–Mingguang Expressway.

　　The Fengyang–Dingyuan section of the G0323 Jining–Hefei Expressway starts at the Weishan Interchange where the Bengbu–Wuwu Expressway intersects with the Fengyang Branch Line, and runs southeast, passing between the Ming Imperial Tombs and the Beijing–Shanghai High-Speed Railway, then running parallel to the railway along its north side; after passing beneath the Beijing–Shanghai High-Speed Railway on the west side of Fengyangshan Community in Yinjian Town, Fengyang County, it turns south, running along the east side of Fengyangshan Reservoir and the west side of the Dingyuan Automotive Proving Ground, intersects with the planned Yangzhou–Huainan Expressway, continues south past the west side of the Dingyuan County seat's planned urban area and the east side of Jiefang Reservoir, and ends near Gaotang Village, Zhangqiao Town, where it connects to the Chuzhou–Xincai Expressway, with a total length of approximately 55.72 km. The entire line has 5 interchanges: Weishan (hub), Yinjian, Zhailang (hub), Dingyuan West, and Gaotang (hub), and 1 service area: Damiao.

　　Construction standard: The entire line adopts the standard of a two-way, four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 120 km/h and a subgrade width of 27 m.

　　The Chuzhou section of the Yangzhou–Huainan Expressway starts at the southwest side of Banta Town, Lai'an County, connecting to the Chuzhou–Tianchang Expressway, and runs northwest through the north side of Yangying Township, Lai'an County, the east side of Zilaiqiao Town and the south side of Jianxi Town, Mingguang City, then turns west through the south side of Shiba Town, the north side of Guandian Town, and the south side of Mingnan Subdistrict, Mingguang City, the south side of Sanheji Town, the north side of Lianpu Township, the south side of Fanggang Township, the north side of Xisadian Town, the north side of Yongkang Town, and the north side of Luqiao Town, Dingyuan County, and ends at the Gaotang Lake city boundary where Guantang Town, Fengyang County borders Jiulonggang Town, Datong District, Huainan City, connecting directly to the Huainan section of the Yangzhou–Huainan Expressway, with a total length of approximately 142.12 km. The entire line has 9 interchanges: Banta (hub), Zilaiqiao, Nanying (hub), Mingnan, Jianglou (hub), Dingyuan North, Xisadian, Nengren (hub), and Luqiao, and 3 service areas: Yangying, Baxi, and Nongke.

　　The Anhui section of the Xuyi–Mingguang Expressway starts near Wangying Village, Jianxi Town, Mingguang City, at the Anhui–Jiangsu provincial boundary, and runs southwest past the north side of the Jianxi Town area, intersects with Provincial Road S319 on the east side of Huying Village, and ends near Sishan Village where it connects to the planned Yangzhou–Huainan Expressway, with a total length of approximately 15.1 km. The entire line has 2 interchanges: Jianxi and Sishan (hub).
