Recently, FOUN, General Manager of the Thailand Branch of TYSIM MACHINERY COMPANY LTD, along with core management team members including HUA, Marketing Head, PAO, Finance Head, and JIB, Service Head, were invited to visit TYSIM Machinery's headquarters in Wuxi, China for study and exchange. This exchange activity not only strengthened cooperation and communication between the Chinese and Thai companies, but also provided both sides with a valuable opportunity to learn from each other and share experience.

Thailand Study Team

The Thailand Branch of TYSIM has long been committed to providing advanced engineering machinery equipment and construction solutions, making important contributions to the infrastructure and engineering sectors of the Thai market. In order to continuously improve its technical level and service quality, the company decided to send its core team to TYSIM Machinery's Wuxi headquarters for study and exchange. At the Wuxi headquarters, the core team of the Thailand Branch visited the operating models of various departments and the product production lines, gaining an in-depth understanding of TYSIM's advanced manufacturing processes and management concepts. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on R&D, production, sales, and quality control of engineering machinery, and shared their respective experience and success stories in market promotion and after-sales service. In addition, the Thai team visited the operations management center of Taiheng Foundation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TYSIM Machinery, where Chairman Mr. Xin Peng gave a detailed introduction to the domestic market sales situation, TYSIM rotary drilling rig rental operation model, and the intelligent IoT management system for rental independently developed by Taiheng Foundation.

During the exchange and study period of the Thailand Branch's core team, TYSIM's head office also arranged professional courses for them on product knowledge, service processes, sales and marketing, financial management, trade, and leasing.

The exchange activity was conducted in a friendly atmosphere, with core team members from both companies actively participating in discussions, jointly exploring how to apply advanced technology and management experience to their respective markets, and further strengthening cooperation to achieve the goal of common development.
