Cloud Management System

The Cloud Management System (CMS) developed by Shanghai Jiuzhuo is a remote equipment management solution for foundation engineering construction, facilitating control of drilling and grouting equipment, project supervision, and team management.

The CMS product suite is a powerful, easy-to-operate, and flexibly deployable integrated solution that incorporates intelligent technology to optimize machinery usage and improve on-site efficiency. By collecting, analyzing, and managing information from drilling and grouting equipment, CMS gains unique insights into ground engineering and piling operations. It supports construction companies' daily operations and business processes by improving decision-making and leveraging the potential of data analysis.

Supports synchronized use on PC and mobile devices (smartphones), facilitating remote management of equipment operating status, real-time online monitoring of pile quality, guidance for equipment maintenance and fault analysis, and provision of advanced data collection and big data analysis.

Functional diversity

After logging into the CMS cloud platform, access the "Main Monitoring Screen," "Cumulative Flow Query," "Parameter Settings," "Data Export," and "Curve Query" screens respectively from the main menu [Monitoring Options].

Main Monitoring Screen

Enter the MJS data monitoring management panel, which displays the "current pressure values" and "current flow values" of cement slurry, main air, reverse water suction, and upper cutting water, while also displaying the in-ground pressure value and valve opening.

Cumulative Flow Query Page

Enter the monitoring screen, which displays the pile number, drilling depth, current depth, cumulative slurry flow, cumulative main air flow, cumulative reverse water suction flow, and cumulative upper cutting water flow, allowing query of cumulative flow.

Parameter Settings

Enter the parameter settings interface, where you can set parameters such as time, printing, construction, and range.
