The XCMG XR468F rotary drilling rig is drilling at a diameter of 1.8 meters and a depth of 85 meters for sampling. The rock hardness of the formation at this site is 80-100 MPa. The new machine's first construction task is a tough battle, serving as a "touchstone" for multiple technologies of the rotary drilling rig, including drilling, torque, and lifting.

The XCMG XR468F rotary drilling rig purchased by the customer this time is a newly upgraded F-series product. It adopts load-sensing LUDV control technology, and the auxiliary system adopts load-sensing LS control technology, achieving energy savings and high efficiency; the 15L Cummins** platform high-pressure common-rail engine provides strong power.

The customer chose XCMG's rotary drilling rig because of XCMG's construction track record in Qinghai in 2012. That year, XCMG's rotary drilling rig carried out brine channel excavation locally, setting an engineering miracle with a channel width of 1.8 meters, a depth of 40 meters, and a length of 40 kilometers.
