The Yellow River Basin Lanzhou Baita Mountain Section Comprehensive Upgrade and Renovation Project starts from Longyuan in the west and extends east to Yuantong Bridge and Jingyuan Road on North Binhe East Road, with a main line length of approximately 2,245 meters. Among these, the north tunnel is 1,134.097 meters long, the south tunnel is 1,058.390 meters long, and the total length of the single-tube tunnels is 2,192.487 meters; the east-side connecting bridge is 591.115 meters long (including the 133.777-meter-long Jingyuan Road connecting ramp), and the west-side connecting bridge is 180 meters long. The project also involves the construction of connecting sections and intersections of North Binhe Road, Shaoyan Gully, Jingyuan Road, and Jincheng Road. The road is designed as an urban arterial road with a design speed of 50 km/h.
