On November 15, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) issued the Announcement on the Approval of the List of Construction Engineering Enterprise Qualifications for 2023 (Tenth Batch), in which two enterprises were successfully promoted to Special-Grade General Contracting for Construction.

The list of construction enterprises promoted to Special-Grade is as follows:

In accordance with the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions on the administration of construction engineering enterprise qualifications, the list of units approved by this Ministry for engineering survey qualifications, engineering design qualifications, construction enterprise qualifications, and engineering supervision enterprise qualifications (2023 Tenth Batch) is hereby published. Units whose applications were not approved may log in to the government service portal of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and click the "Application Progress Inquiry (Acceptance and Certificate Issuance Information Inquiry)" column to inquire about the reasons.
