On the 7th, all 48 box girders of the Chishui River Bridge on Chaoyang Avenue in Jianzhou New City, Chengdu, constructed by CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., were fully erected, steadily advancing toward the goal of opening Chaoyang Avenue to traffic and adding new momentum to the transportation construction of Jianzhou New City.
It is reported that Chaoyang Avenue, with a total length of 1,980 meters, is one of the main roads in the southern area of Jianzhou New City. Once the project is completed and opened to traffic, it will further improve the transportation network of Jianzhou New City, meet regional traffic demands and infrastructure supporting needs, and create favorable conditions for promoting coordinated interaction between the new city and surrounding areas in terms of connectivity, innovation synergy, industrial collaboration, and ecological environment.

The Chishui River Bridge has a total length of 147 meters and a width of 36 meters, with a dual-direction six-lane deck. The superstructure consists of 4×35-meter precast prestressed concrete small box girders, and the substructure consists of bent caps + column piers + pile foundations and ribbed abutments + pile foundations. It is a key control project along the entire line.

The Chishui River Bridge is a small-curve 55-degree skew bridge, making box girder erection more hazardous than that of ordinary bridges. To ensure the safe and rapid progress of girder erection, the project department carefully planned and meticulously deployed, breaking down the three key processes of girder production, transportation, and erection, and continuously setting new construction speed records while compacting safety management responsibilities at every level. During the erection process, the project team strengthened control in all aspects, including scheme verification, risk identification, equipment entry acceptance, training and briefing of operating personnel, and hazard inspection, ensuring that the progress, safety, and quality of girder erection were fully controlled and that the girder erection task was successfully completed.
