Chengdu Chenghua District Zhongdian Zhuojing Optoelectronics 5G+ Driver Chip Integration Innovation Project

Recently, the Chengdu Chenghua District Zhongdian Zhuojing Optoelectronics 5G+ Driver Chip Integration Innovation Project, undertaken by Chengkanyuan, officially commenced construction.

The project is located in Longtansi, Chenghua District, Chengdu, with a total construction area of approximately 74,700 square meters and a site area of approximately 20,100 square meters. The foundation pit has a perimeter of approximately 445 meters, an area of approximately 14,300 square meters, and a depth of approximately 5.5-7.2 meters. The foundation pit mainly adopts the support forms of sloped shotcrete + soldier piles + anchor piles. Chengkanyuan is mainly responsible for the construction of the foundation pit support works of the project. Chengkanyuan will organize an elite project management team and, in strict accordance with the overall approach of "grasping quality, promoting schedule, and ensuring safety," achieve perfect project delivery with high standards and strict requirements.

The project aims to apply 5G+ driver chips to optoelectronic equipment through integrated innovation, achieving more efficient and stable data transmission and image processing. Upon completion, the project will help promote the development of the optoelectronic equipment industry in Chenghua District, enhance the region's technological innovation capability and market competitiveness, and also promote the integration and upgrading of the industrial chain within the region, injecting new momentum into economic development.

Ziyang Airport Economic Zone Headquarters Base Construction Project

Recently, the Ziyang Airport Economic Zone Headquarters Base Construction Project, undertaken by Chengkanyuan, officially commenced construction.

The project is located on the south side of Linkong Avenue in the Ziyang Airport Economic Zone and consists of two adjacent plots. The total site area is approximately 58,800 square meters, and the total construction area is approximately 188,000 square meters. The foundation pit of Plot 1 has a perimeter of approximately 445 meters, an area of approximately 11,700 square meters, and a depth of approximately 5.3-7.95 meters; the foundation pit of Plot 2 has a perimeter of approximately 840 meters, an area of approximately 35,200 square meters, and a support depth of approximately 6.7-7.9 meters. The foundation pits mainly adopt the support forms of stepped sloping + soil nails and sloping + soldier piles. Chengkanyuan is mainly responsible for the construction of the foundation pit support and pile foundation works of the project.

Upon completion, the project will promote the construction of supporting facilities such as living and business services in the Airport Economic Zone, further improve the urban function construction of the regional layout, and accelerate the building of the airport industry system. Yibin High-tech Zone Gaochang Town Affordable Rental Housing and Supporting Service Facilities Project

Recently, the Yibin High-tech Zone Gaochang Town Affordable Rental Housing and Supporting Service Facilities Project, undertaken by Chengkanyuan, officially commenced construction.

The project is located in Gaochang Town, Yibin High-tech Zone, in the central area of the High-tech Industrial Park and adjacent to the Yibin-Pingshan Expressway. The total construction area of the project is approximately 197,000 square meters, and the site area is approximately 62,500 square meters. The project includes an R&D center, the administrative committee office building, affordable housing, three commercial buildings, a conference and exhibition center, riverside commercial facilities, and other supporting facilities. Our institute undertakes the construction of the foundation pit support and pile foundation works. Chengkanyuan will organize an elite project management team and leverage its own technical advantages to carefully plan the project and ensure perfect project delivery.

Recently, the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone Central Business District Convention and Exhibition Center Phase II Project, undertaken by Chengkanyuan, officially commenced construction.

The project is located in the central part of the Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone, south of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, approximately 2.5 kilometers from Terminal 1 of Baiyun Airport and adjacent to Gaozeng Metro Station, with convenient transportation. The total construction area of the project is approximately 253,500 square meters, including approximately 185,500 square meters above ground and approximately 68,000 square meters underground. Chengkanyuan is mainly responsible for the pile foundation construction of the project. Adhering to the principle of "taking serving customers as our duty and customer satisfaction as our purpose," the enterprise is committed to building green, low-carbon, high-quality construction projects and contributing the strength of a central state-owned enterprise to the high-quality development of urban construction.
