At 9:30 a.m., with the roaring rotation of the cutterhead, the first shield machine of Line 9, "Luqiao Kaituo Hao," was smoothly launched at Peijiaying Station. Shandian News reporters learned that the tunneling section this time is the right line from Peijiaying Station to Lujia Station, with a total length of 926.197 meters. The longitudinal section of the tunnel in this section is arranged in a "V" shape, mainly composed of silty clay with local inclusions of gravel, passing through strata of uneven hardness in the upper and lower parts, with abundant groundwater, and the reinforcement area at the launching end of the section is far smaller than the conventional reinforcement range. To ensure smooth shield tunneling, Jinan Rail Transit Group, together with the project construction team, optimized the shield machine selection, organized expert demonstration, compiled special construction plans, and completed the related work of mobilization, assembly, debugging, condition verification, and acceptance in the shortest possible time. At the same time, the Group used digital and intelligent means to strengthen tunneling safety management and technical control, providing a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of construction.

At the same time, with the completion of the pouring of the last roof slab, Peijiaying Station, constructed by Jinan Yellow River Road & Bridge Construction Group, was also successfully capped today, becoming the first station on the entire line to complete the capping of its main structure. It is reported that Peijiaying Station is located at the intersection of Xiangquan Street and Longji East Road, laid out along Xiangquan Street in an east-west direction, and forms an L-shaped interchange with Peijiaying Station of Line 3. It is an underground two-story island-type station, with a main body length of 318.2 meters, a standard section width of 23.3 meters, and a standard section foundation pit depth of 16.9 to 17.3 meters, constructed by the open-cut method. During construction, Jinan Rail Transit Group, together with the project construction team, reasonably optimized the construction plan, strengthened safety and quality standardized management, and developed and applied a number of innovative achievements such as a diaphragm wall anchor cable obstacle-clearing device, recyclable hanging bars, a mobile side-wall spray curing system, and an anti-collision system for excavators in deep foundation pits, effectively solving difficult and pain-point problems in the project, and ultimately completing the construction task safely, with high quality and efficiency 30 days ahead of the scheduled construction period.

Reporters learned that through a year of accelerated construction, as of now, all 11 stations of Jinan Rail Transit Line 9 have entered construction, among which 4 stations are carrying out main structure construction and earthwork excavation, 6 stations are carrying out enclosure structure construction, and 1 station is carrying out site leveling and temporary facility construction.
