Big Health Medical Service Center

The Medical Service Center of the Yibin Sanjiang New Area Big Health Medical Industry Shortcoming Remediation Project is located in Shuangcheng Subdistrict, Sanjiang New Area, Yibin City. The foundation pit support depth of this project is approximately 6-9.2 meters, with an excavation area of about 22,000 square meters. The support types for the foundation pit support project are soil nail walls, row piles, and mesh shotcrete support. Chengkanyuan implemented the foundation pit support construction work for this project. Since the commencement of construction, all personnel of the project department have continuously carried forward the spirit of striving to overcome difficulties, and with an unremitting mental state and an indomitable striving posture, successfully completed the contractual tasks.

After the project is completed, it will bear the livelihood guarantee responsibility for urban regional development, improve the closed loop of medical services in Sanjiang New Area, meet the needs of the population in the core area of the district for basic medical care, health management, and other services, guide grassroots units, and carry out teaching and scientific research work integrated with medical care.

Foundation Pit Support and Ground Treatment Specialized Project for the Yibin Yucai Road Resettlement Housing

The Yibin Yucai Road Resettlement Housing is located on one side of Jinjiang Road, Baixi Town, Xuzhou District, Yibin City. The basement excavation area is approximately 9,200 square meters. The proposed buildings mainly consist of residential buildings and pure basements, with three basement levels. The basement area adopts independent foundations, while the main building area adopts pile foundations. The maximum excavation depth of the foundation pit is approximately 13.6 meters. Since the commencement of construction, all personnel of the project department have closely followed the schedule, organized scientifically, and gone all out to ensure implementation; they have strictly enforced requirements, controlled quality, ensured safety, and promoted progress, successfully achieving all work objectives.

The project is expected to be completed in 2024. After completion, it will meet the resettlement needs of more than 400 households affected by expropriation and relocation, satisfy the aspirations of the majority of relocated residents for a better life, and provide more comfortable living conditions and a better living environment for resettled residents returning to their homes.
