As the first important project of the eastward expansion of the central area of Lujiazui Financial City, Meiyuan Community is adjacent to the high-density Pudong high-rise building cluster and located in the transitional zone where the developed high-rise building cluster and the low-rise residential cluster interpenetrate. The site is narrow and the pipelines around the foundation pit are complex. Due to the tight schedule, this project assembled a full lineup of Jintai new and old grab products, from SG50, SG55F to SG90, totaling 6 units, creating a rare cluster construction scene of trenching machines in Shanghai.

This project started in July 2023 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Stratum Distribution

The strata of Meiyuan Community are mainly distributed as 0-20m soil layer, 20-40m mud-sand layer, and 40-50m sand layer;

Construction Specifications

The trench depth of this project is 50m, width 1m, with a total of 200 panels and a total volume of 20,000 cubic meters;

Construction Efficiency

Up to now, the Jintai SG50A, SG50D, SG50C, SG55F, SG70A, and SG90 hydraulic diaphragm wall grabs have completed 128 panels;

As one of the representatives of Jintai's National Stage IV medium-sized diaphragm wall grabs, SG55F has been verified in key rail transit, water conservancy, housing construction and other projects in many provinces and cities across the country, whether in terms of technology, product maturity or construction precision. For example: Shengli Road Station of Jinan Rail Transit Line 9 in Shandong, Huashan Station of Jinan Rail Transit Line, the key embankment reinforcement project of Dongting Lake in Yueyang, Hunan, Shenzhen Rail Transit, etc.

The SG55F is equipped with the new-generation National Stage IV Cummins QSL9 engine, offering strong power and low noise; the main machine power is 272kW, the power system matching has been further optimized, and fuel consumption is lower and more economical, with measured fuel consumption at multiple sites all within 30-36L/h; the maximum construction depth can reach 75m, the maximum trench width can reach 1.2m, and the maximum lifting force is 550kN; Jintai's pioneering dynamic monitoring system and push-plate deviation correction function make trenching accurate and stable, greatly improving work efficiency.

Since the new National Stage IV products of Jintai rolled off the production line, new and old customers at home and abroad have flocked to the Shanghai headquarters to see them.
