The county has formulated and issued the "Implementation Plan for the 'Five-in-One Full Agency' Approval Service Mechanism for Key Projects in Lanxian County" and the "Work System of the Special Task Force for Project Approval Procedures," adopting a working approach of "early intervention, proactive engagement, and advance service," going deep into enterprises to carry out policy presentations, enabling enterprises to fully understand the latest policies and regulations, helping enterprises analyze and assess, offering opinions and suggestions on unreasonable and non-compliant aspects, solving in advance the problem of project procedures being unable to proceed, and achieving one-time notification, multi-party coordination, completion within a time limit, and free service. Based on the matters applied for, project agency personnel provide on-site training and guidance to applicants in filling out relevant forms, assist in preparing application materials, help enterprises quickly complete the procedures for each stage of project initiation, planning, commencement, and completion acceptance, provide full-cycle tracking services, and open up the "first kilometer" of project submission for review.

For projects provided with agency services, the agency staff will promptly fill out the "Agency Matters Ledger Registration Form," recording in detail the progress and time nodes of the agency matters and comprehensively reflecting the dynamics of the agency work.
